1. Our content
All site design, photography, product imagery, copy and the Veil & Ray name are owned by INCORPORATED BLIND SOLUTIONS LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, resell or reproduce our content without written permission.
2. Your uploaded photos
When you upload a window photo for a colour suggestion, you keep full ownership. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store and process that photo solely to generate your suggestion. We do not use your photo for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it beyond the processors needed to produce the suggestion.
3. Retention
Uploaded photos are cached for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete an upload sooner by emailing support@blinsolu.shop.
4. Your responsibility
Only upload photos you own or are permitted to use, and avoid including other people without their consent. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback about the store, you allow us to use them to improve our products and service without obligation to you.
