Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of blinsolu.shop and your purchase of finished window and light-control home goods from Veil & Ray. By ordering, you agree to them.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. About us

blinsolu.shop is operated by INCORPORATED BLIND SOLUTIONS LTD, trading as Veil & Ray, at 8 Whites Neuk, ML11 7EE, Scotland, United Kingdom. Contact: support@blinsolu.shop / +44 7514867186.

2. What we sell

We sell standard-size, finished window treatments and light-control home goods — roller blinds, cellular shades, sheers, films, tension-rod and adhesive-mount kits and related accessories. We do not provide in-home measuring, custom cutting, bespoke manufacturing or installation services. All products are self-fit (DIY) using tension rods, adhesive brackets, hooks or suction fittings, with printed guidance included.

3. Product safety

We prioritise cordless, child-safe designs. Any product that includes cords or small parts ships with a child-safety warning; keep cords and small parts away from young children. Our products are decorative home goods. They are not medical, fire-safety, structural or UV-medical devices and we make no such functional guarantees. No-drill and adhesive fittings are rated only to the load stated in the product guidance; do not exceed it.

4. Fit and measurement

All items are standard-size, finished goods — not custom-cut. You are responsible for measuring your window and choosing the correct size using the specifications on each product page. A size that does not fit your window is not a manufacturing fault. See the Refund & Returns Policy for return eligibility.

5. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Payment is taken through our hosted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. The billing descriptor is VEIL AND RAY. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable.

6. Memberships

Comfort and Curator memberships are optional benefit subscriptions layered on top of one-off purchases. They are not stored value, credits or points. Benefits apply while the subscription is active and do not carry over after cancellation. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Shipping, returns and consumer rights

Delivery timescales, carriage and any import duties are shown at checkout — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, damaged or incorrect items are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

8. AI-assisted guidance

The Room Light Finder and colour suggestions are decorative guidance only and do not guarantee real-world colour or light-blocking results. See the AI Disclaimer.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or its tools. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, exceeding stated load limits, or use of a product outside its intended decorative purpose. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Eligibility

Ordering is not permitted under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have parent or guardian consent.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the current version is dated 13 July 2026.
